Business Centre by BURO II and ARCHI+I
Business Centre Wingene, Belgium designed by BURO II and Archi + I as a versatile business centre in Hille Zuid in response to continuing shortages of the plot and the need to place small businesses. By using the concept of ‘Two become one’, where the business center in Hille Business Park consists of two buildings (HilleFront and HilleSide) on 1620 square meters and 360 square meters, coupled with the central loading / unloading bay.
Business Centre by BURO II and ARCHI+I using concept design of linking between two buildings acquired through the town plan designed carefully. Chosen a simple floor plan and square allows for the best potential in terms of efficient use of space and divided into six individual modules. Flexibility is also the foundation of the concept: these modules vary from 144 square feet without the level of first floor 540 square meters with the first floor level 105 square meters. Consistency is one of the key principles in the architecture building business centre by BURO II and ARCHI+I. Both buildings have the same simple shape, and manifestation facade plan and sustainable materials used in construction of both buildings. The presence of green areas contribute to the optimal spatial situation that also respects its surroundings.
