Ross Street House with Passive Solar Home Design Concept

Ross Street House was built with passive solar home design concept. Richard Carol of architecture-based company Richard Wittschiebe Hand in Atlanta, wisely designing a passive solar home design in Madison. Ross Street House of course is environmentally friendly, because it was designed with the architectural design concept of home as a residence that fits with its surroundings.

Ross Street House with Passive Solar Home design concept with square shape (box model at the camera) and the two sides and roof of cedar color to make the house appear smaller than 2700 square feet. Wood material and large windows is positioned to get enough sunlight in winter and summer shade for cooling may be passive. Three floors connected by an open, industrial-style staircase. Additional features of eco-sustainable water conservation include dual-flush toilets, low flow faucets, tankless water heater and a rainwater recycling system. Topping off eco really cool house, the garage is topped with photovoltaic panels that cover more than half of home energy needs each year.

    Awesome photos. Well design house that equip with passive solar system. The outside appearance of the building looks normal but inside decoration looks damn cool. Richard Carol rocks!
