ISEAMI House in Playa Carate, Peninsula de Osa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica designed by Robles Architects with the concept of responsible approach to the nature of its location, the Peninsula de Osa, a place where 5% of the world’s biodiversity materialize. Design of this house will serve as a multifunctional place for activities as a host of Investigation, meditation, training, Yoga and joy on the terrace located on the first level.
RoblesArq has followed the design process Iseami House with SDRA (Dynamic system Robles Arquitectos), which evaluates 10 key elements as: Sites, Climate, Energy, Water, Materials, environment, atmosphere, cost, innovation with the use of passive elements of the strategy and processes. Remote project site is located at 30 km from the nearest town, Puerto Jimenez, therefore, the house does not have a supply of public services such as electricity or water, and this condition requires these institutions to invest at home 100% independent. Integration between interior and exterior become successful and nature, creating the possibility to enjoy nature in its original state as much as residents desire.
Iseami House in Costa Rica by Robles Architects is the result of investigations during the design process, tropical homes built in remote and difficult sites where the main objective is to promote the welfare and interests of its inhabitants, all through tropical architecture concept emerged.
