Contemporary Comfort Villa UH1 Design by RB Arkitektur is a Nominated for Nacka urban Price 2009 Single family home, Stockholm Nacka Project Development of Unique Home Scandinavia AB. The Villa UH1 is designed with all the contemporary comforts of home design, it’s actually an eco-friendly example of how to go beyond the boundaries – moss-covered roof. The Villa UH1 is actually a minimalist home with Contemporary Comfort accents.  An architect designed villa provides a tailored solution that is comfort to each customer. The boundaries between construction and landscape dissolve. An inner courtyard allows for privacy as well as for maximum daylight. We have designed many villas over the years and no villa is different. The villa is conceived as part of the landscape gently climbing up a hilly terrain.

The building climbs slowly up the gentle slope of the plot to become one with the surroundings. The house is organized around an inner courtyard, which creates both confidential patio and take in maximum daylight. That is our role as architects to carefully listen to each client’s needs, requirements and desires. Then we are looking for the best functional solution while we are looking to create spatial experiences that surprise and related.
